The selector dial on the Sony MEX-GS810BH I have in my 2005 SR5 will not function properly anymore, making even the most basic adjustments impossible. I've been happy with it (it's 9 years old), but apparently, even Sony products don't last long anymore. Everything else about it works fine, but the selector dial will not stop on each function being chosen to be adjusted, so I can't even re-pair my Bluetooth devices or reset the EQ.
I'd appreciate suggestions on single DIN head units. It will be running through my Kenwood XR400-4 amp. It needs to support a sub and six speakers (two in each of the front doors and one in each of the rear doors).
Must have Bluetooth, support flac, play discs (including those burned at home), have a powered USB port on the front and at least one on the rear, 4-8 ohm speaker impedence, have a small jack mic input on the rear, support voice control, have an integrated EQ, have integrated Amazon Alexa support (would be nice but is not critical), and under $300.
I ran my request through ChatGPT and Grok, and both returned decent units. I wanted to see what this forum uses and suggest
