Looking for buying advice

I also posted this under the general discussion, but since I am going to be buying in the 4th generation, I thought it would make since to post here.

I can spend $25,000, but would happily spend less. I did notice that the
2008's have roll-over triggered air bags, which might persuade me.

I need a full power seat, including the back rest. (I have back trouble.)

I will be doing moderate off road, but no rock climbing.

6 or 8 cylinder?

Given how durable these are suppose to be, do I need to sweat high mileage much?
