I got mine from an Amazon affiliate, used but excellent condition. I don't remember the exact price, but it was between $100 and $200.

I have the FSM for the 1996-2002 4Runners. If you have a Mac (apple) computer/laptop I can easily sent it to you via email due to a 'cloud' attachment. If you have a PC, it'll be a bit more complicated as i've tried it before and...well, it didn't work.

im using one for a 02 but it dosnt match my wiring
