Looking for small part in center console for '01 T4R...

I can't find this little part anywhere. It is the grommet that holds the center console lid down. As in when you just want to open the small compartment under the lid instead of the main center console storage area. Something heavy fell on my console lid a few weeks back and broke this piece. Now every time I open the thing I have to hold the smaller compartment tight to the lid (if I'm accessing the larger compartment) otherwise all the little things come falling out and scatter everywhere. Change, pens, chapstick, .22 rounds etc... Annoying as hell. Anyone know where I can find this stupid little not-inventoried part? I found an entire take-off lid assembly on ebay for like $75 but that's ridiculous if all I need is this part.

Look for someone parting one out on the classified section, and show them your picture. I looked, and I couldn't come up with anything besides the latch. Someone will most likely give you the part if you cover shipping.

If you have a Pick & Pull lot nearby, that would be worth checking.

Pick and pull lots have pretty much disappeared around here. Liability. Someone would get hurt climbing through piles of parts and sue the salvage yard. :redbrick:
