hey guys. I am about to pay off my stock '00 4 runner and will begin the process of turning it from a daily driver to more of a toy. My "mods" will pale in comparrison to some of you guys, but to each his own. 
My runner doesn't have a roof rack (has the rails) or the little rear shield thing over the top brake light in the back. I want to get both of these but I want to get them basic.
On the roof rack, can I just get one at a salvage yard? There is a yard close to me that has a ton of toys.
Regarding the rear sun/rain shade thing over the top brake light (what is this called by the way???) Can this be added on or do I need to start drilling into the car? If thats the case, I most likely won't do it.
Also, on the bottom corners of my front bumper are little 2" holes for fog lights. Toyota wants about $400 a piece for these dadgum things but I want cheap to be honest. Can I just get a basic fog light at say autozone or something that will just plug into the already existing clips?
