Looking for tame-ish trail driving in Vacaville/NorCal area

Hey hey. Recently became more inspired to get my tires dirty. Suspension is pretty much stock so she cant handle anything too crazy. Nor do I have a winch so pretty much being a pu$$y on going out alone. (Hey at least I admit it).

Live in Vacaville, willing to see what anybody knows for a day trip type deal to a lake or just to drive around and get away from people for awhile.

No rush, more looking for info at this point.

not much in the Vacaville area (I live there too), there used to be a place up Mix canyon road but I don't know much about it. I don't get to go out as much as I used too but the closest places are either up in the Sierras or in Lake county.
