Ive remember my buddy saying you cut the endcaps slide on bumper, drill the two vertical holes on each side, bolt and voila.

The holes on my mounts already lined up with the holes for the stock tow hooks so no drilling required on the mounts. It's just a question of whether or not you want to drill through the top of your frame and use longer bolts to thru-bolt it. I chose to just use the stock tow hook bolts (which were still long enough) to secure it to the bottom of the frame and then I just tack welded on the top and both sides of each mount. Hope that makes sense.

yep no drilling required, it's on i just need to align it and tq it down, get the turn signals (no one ever talks about how the 4runner stock sigs won't work)

i'll do a write up later, i had to stop since it started hailing and snowing in my freaking face....i think god hates me, snow storm from no where dammit
