Looking for trails in the San Diego, CA area!

Hey guys, one of my friends just moved down to San Diego, he has a jeep wrangler and he is looking to do some legal off roadding, do you have any suggestions? my 4runner is not 4x4 so we are looking for something thats fun but not to extreme from me. BTW, you are more tham welcome to come along...

Proctor Valley, look it up it's further east in Otay Mesa. Some pretty decent trails, I think they're legal

Just head east for an hour and a half! You've got the desert with just washes you can fly on, or you can go do trails, they are everywhere.

One of my favorites is Carveacre trail/ Pancake rock. There are some "locals" who get pissed off if they see you there but its a great view from the top and a challenging trail.

Corral Canyon.

Head 8 east till Buckman Springs exit. Turn right. Follow the signs.

More of a dirt road than a trail is Otay Mountain Truck Trail. You could do it in your 2wd as well.
