judging by the level 8 mk6 thread, the 16x8 look out of stock, not sure on the 17x8. this could be the decision maker. I do believe the local salvage yard yard has 4 sequoia wheels, I will check on the condition tomorrow and price.

Discount tire sells the level 8 mk6. They will usually try to swing you a good deal also

16x8 is a perfect size in my opinion... going to a 17" is just added weight with less tire.

I don't remember the Level-8s being all that heavy. BTW who put that ugly paint damaging balancing weight on the outside of your nice wheel. Unless you did it yourself then no-offense, sorry. But no decent shop taking someone's money should have done that. There are cheap sticky tape balancing weights that go on the inside of the rim. I just cringe looking at that picture.

Wheel weights on the outside at my request. I have absolutely Zero tolerance for vibrations. It started with my shitty Falkens and has carried over. Dynamic balance for me, that's the way I roll. I don't care about the wheels getting scraped/scratched, but can't do vibrations. Speed limits in my area are 75-85 mph, so vibrations are easy to pick up if they aren't 100% balanced.

I got a steal on some NITTO TERRA GRAPPLERS P265/70R17 which I’m currently running 16s but just couldnt pass on the deal especially with me needing tires next winter.

I’m in the same boat as you, not sure which wheel to get. I like the TRD wheels but hard to find, Or go with Lebel 8 MK6s in a bronze color. Since ny T4R is all black I think the bronze will set it off a little. Me only running 265/70s and a 881/906 lift there should be no rubbing issues.

I vote the bronze color

Jeremy, you should have no rubbing issues. The bronze mk6 would look good on black, lucky you its the only color left in that wheel.

Never been a fan of 17" wheels. Not enough sidewall for a 4x4 vehicle.

Doesn't amount of sidewall depend both on size of tire and size of wheel? How much is enough sidewall for a 4x4 vehicle? Going to 17s from 16 only loses you .5 of an inch. What if you make it up in tire size?
