Looking for winch advice

I have a 2016 4Runner LE with the factory XREAS. I have a 1" front lift and 17" TRD wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler G2s (265 70 17) and will be installing sliders and a hidden winch from Bud Built shortly. I'm looking for an appropriate winch that will hopefully never get used but I want to make sure I bought the right one in case it does. I live in Florida and like to explore so terrain is generally flat (sand, dirt, mud, etc.) and occasionally muddy or pretty wet and I'm primarily looking to make sure I don't get stuck. I'm mainly looking at Warn and Smittybilt and my question is...is the Warn worth the extra money for my purposes? If it is then I don't mind paying for it but I'd rather not waste money. I'm also open to any other suggestions from those that have more experience in this realm than I do. Thanks in advance.

I purchased the Smittybilt Gen2 X20 Synthetic Wireless Winch - 10k, have nothing but good things to say about it.

Lots of threads out there about winches. Check the winch you are interested in against the ability of your 4Runner to power it. Many members end up adding a second battery and larger output alternator.

I do run a Warn winch, but there are several other brands that are just as capable as Warn (and Smittybuilt). Check out the Come-Up, Superwinch, and Mile-Marker.

If I were not running the Warn, I would probably look hard at Come-up.
