no all you really need is the screen which is available cheap from northridge toyota parts. screws you can get from anywhere.
I believe the hood itself is on about $45.

yea thats my old 4runner - 4th gen now with a future hood scoop

this thread has all the parts i was originally planning on purchasing but not necessary

plate 76192-35010

the bulge is the actual scoop insert

the plate is the wire mesh that covers the hole (you can make this yourself out of wire mesh if you choose)
but its relatively cheap at under $10
