Looking to buy this 4runner, pics of rust?

I'm considering buying this 2006 4runner V8 sport from a private seller located in West Virginia. Spectacular looking but I have concerns on rust seeing as it's from the salt belt. I wanted to post here for some more experienced eyeballs before having a third party mechanic inspect it. What do you all think of potential rust underneath?

That frame doesn't look like any in this rust belt. Wish mine looked like that. The only picture that I would look at closer is the one below. I can't tell if the bottom of the frame on the top right has a welded on patch. Otherwise you need to look at the crossbar on the front that the tow points are welded to and the rear up above the spare tire. Looks like it has the suspension that everyone ends up replacing.

I see no rust to be concerned about. I have an '03 that I've scraped about a pound or so of rust off and another pound I was able to pull from inside the rails through rust enlarged drain holes. Yours looks " primo " in comparison.

yea what rust? Now it may have been under coated, and agree you’ll need a close look but the bolts underneath are not completely rusted so that’s a good sign . Most of us don’t consider wv part of the rust belt

Looks clean to me. Touch it and see if any of it feels soft

Wish my frame looked that rust free, not seeing anything either. They only thing I’m seeing is a nasty driver side lean lol. Unless it’s parked on a sideways grade.
