Looking to install LEDs

hey all i just bought 12 white/amber emergency grade leds. I want to mount them everywhere, underbody, behind grill, and some under the back....can anyone help with how exactly to wire these lights? should i wire hem into a fuse?

Can't really help with your wiring question but I'm buying a full led light set up from the manufacturer that supplies police stations soon. Amber leds plus strobes. Funny to see someone else had a similar idea haha.
