Loose passenger side window seal, wtf

This started happening the day I got my oil pan changed... roughly two weeks ago. Before, you could roll down the pass. window without any worry or even a sign of the seal being loose and wanting to hang.
Now, I cant evet open that window, the seal will eventually be hanging and I cannot roll like that. I stuff it back up there the best I can and no real results.. do these things SHRINK after 20+ years? Driverside is fine and tight, like I like em

I was just looking into fixing my window seal, the plastic clips break. I got some clips off a '85 corolla that are the same, but it looks like I need the whole strip replaced too becuase there used to be a strip of metal in the rubber that on mine has literally turned to dust, plus the velour that touches the glass is ****.

hmm, it seems just my upper rubber piece is loose, that one has clips?

Sorry I meant the horizontal rubber strip on the door, not window frame.
