Loss of power

There's a post somewhere about energizing a post with it off. If it turns it's good, if not it's bad.

Bogging down sounds like an air/fuel issue. If it's not clogged exhaust and assuming IAC and MAF are good, then maybe it's a fuel supply issue? Something like fuel filter or even fuel pump? Starting to grasp for straws with it a bit.

I cleaned the iac last night, it was not very dirty and looked fairly new. Im also not getting any kind of trouble code. At this point it has to be timing or fuel.. I do not hear any sort of vac. leak.
Something else I noticed when i rev it up, you can hear a chattering noise coming from the top end. Not sure if its the timing chain, something in the head or something else. It's kind of hard to pinpoint the exact location.

They make me question your fuel pressure regulator. But his process is still worth a read in case you get another idea from what you're experiencing.

Timing was the issue. I lined everything back to spec and replaced the belt and pulleys. It's good to go now. Thanks!
