Loud brake noise when backing up?

I hear a loud brake noise when backing up in the morning on my 04 4 Runner SE. I have new rotors and pads in front and new pads in the back, have not replaced the back rotors yet,
I am just checking if this is related to brake rotors or something else? It does not happen during the day?

You don't list a location so there is no way to guess what weather conditions you might be experiencing. My guess is that the brake shoes for the emergency brake are worn out or that something in that area is broken.

It is towards the back. I have pads in the back, I will check the emergency brake as well. I am not sure why it only happens in the morning? I know the truck is cold?
