Loud high pitch electrical noise from dash somewhere?

Not exactly sure where its coming from but its loud and almost constant when the truck is running. 2004 Limited with 170k miles.

I have tried every button on the dash to get it to stop and nothing seems to affect it. It's on most of the time. Sometimes it'll shut off when I'm driving but most times not.

Its loud to the point where it really annoying. Tried doing some searching but didn't come up with anything solid. Anyone else been through this?

Thanks for the reply. I ended up taking the truck in and got some bad news.

They said master brake pump assembly was bad - $3200 to replace. Truck also sounded like a race car - they said the whole exhuast system needs to be replaced at $7400 :mmph:

To be honest, I don't necessary mind the louder exhaust sound. But the ABS alarm is super annoying and unfortunately on 90% of the time I drive. Sometimes it will go off but not usually.

Does anyone know what part of the ABS system is responsible for the alarm or if there is a way to stop it? I was searching while the truck was at the dealer and found people were replacing these:

ABS Speed Sensor

Unfortunately, I don't guess that's my problem but was curious if maybe replacing those would stop the alarm.

at 18 years old and almost 180k miles, I'm not sure I see myself putting any serious money into the truck. Not sure what I'm going to do yet.
