What a great truck. I am a previous generation owner. Bigger, heavier, and better. I have a couple questions:

1. Can the pull out cargo tray be removed?
2. Can I order body moldings from Toyota?
3. I have an iphone. I can play audio through bluetooth, but sometimes is pauses and I can't restart. I can use the phone, but I can't voice dial.

have you read the manual? I paired my iPHONE in about 20 seconds. (and did NOT read the manual).

if you're going to play audio, use the USB connection. If you're going to use the phone, use BT.

1. Yes - there's a post on the forum somewhere where someone removed it (not sure where to find it, but run a search).
2. Probably can because I saw moldings on one of the pics in the forum (believe it may have been in Canada, so I'm sure they're available)
3. Don't have an iphone, and according to the manual, iphones are not supported. That doesn't mean they won't work though because others have posted they got theirs to work.

PS: I love mine as well

Iphone isn't supported? Will it not work through the bluetooth for phone calls? I don't care to not stream the music via bluetooth, but phone calls not working through the bluetooth seems insane.

Can you have your iphone connected to the bluetooth for phone calls but connected to the USB port for music?

I think the only problems mentioned regarding the iPhone is when the USB is used. You should not have any problems with Bluetooth phone calls IMO.

Maybe start over and delete the connection through Bluetooth and try to reconnect again. Also, maybe you need to reboot your phone as well??

I'm glad I didn't read the manual, as my iPhone works great, and BT, too, for playing music on it. Works in every way.

Your capabilities though bluetooth depends on which version of Apple's Iphone you have. Some can only send and receive calls. Voice dial may be use on some but not others. Check out this link for more information on compatibility. This site does not list any Apple products as actually being incompatible with the Bluetooth system, but if something isnot listed in the "compatible" section, it just means the particular devise has not been tested yet.

Thanks. :) I'll likely keep my 3rd gen Nano in the 4Runner plugged in via USB for the most part, but it will mostly be filled with all my favorite CDs. I don't have an iphone yet (waiting for our contract to finish w/ our carrier).

I'd love to see how the ipod integration works via USB. Can you individually select a song by going through artist, album, or song title? I might go back to the dealer w/ my ipod and a USB cable when the wife and I go out for a movie tomorrow, haha.

My 3G iPhone works great hands free phone thru bluetooth thru my Nav.

Where you run into problems(all bluetooth is like this) is that bluetooth can only communicate with one thing at a time. It will get confused and will not work or be glitchy if you have it set up to use as a hands free phone AND have it set up for streaming music.Like the previous poster said, the way to do it is, bluetooth for hands free phone and use the usb connection for playing music off your iPhone.

So , the best way if you already have bluetooth set up for both is, you have to go back in set up for phone and music and delete them and start over.

I have it set up for both phone and music on my 3G (2nd gen) iPhone. Both work fine and at the same time so far.

I have read the manual. My Iphone is hooked to BT for the phone AND streaming music. Sometimes, when I am streaming music, it pauses, and I can't restart.

The BT works great for the phone, but I can't set up voice dial.

Maybe one or the other. BTW, great sound system.

Happens to me too...mostly with the remote start

Go to Settings>General>Bluetooth...reconnect with Car Multi media seems to fix it 99% of the time
