Hey guys have a question, so it's been pretty cold around where I live but anytime i start the 4runner in cold weather it seems to idle very low at first 400-500 rpm than gets back up to where it should be once it warms up than back down to like 750 once it's at normal operating temp. Already replaced plugs wires done a lot of maintenance lately. Just haven't done the fuel filter yet cause bolts are rusted on and won't break loose unless I torque the fuel line off. Anyways so I'm thinking this could be the problem as the 4runner has 182k on the filter any other things that could be causing this, just think its odd that it only does it in cold weather? Thanks
