low oil pressure?

I'm wondering if my 1990 4runner is running a low oil pressure? It runs about half way up the guage when cold and the oil is still thick, but when warm the pressure guage does not show much pressure, below the first notch on the guage. I am running 10W30 oil and I have a 3VZE.
I was thinking of doing an engine flush but haven't decided yet. Has anyone tried this and can tell me what the results were? I don't want to clog the pickup screen on the oil pump.

It's just the gauge.
Nothing to worry about, it's normal to show those readings even though the pressure is what it should be.

Thanks for your reply. So this is where your guage reads too when fully warm? I was hoping that it was just the guage. Below the first notch just doesn't seem right to me. I haven't seen where any other 3VZE's tend to run on the oil pressure guage.

The highest mine goes is about halfway between L and H.

Mine too and in my 93 pickup and my 96 T-100 they are not very accurate don't worry about it.
