Low profile bull bar needed

You'd be better off getting a slimline bumper / lo-pro bumper with no bull bar hoop. Actual bull bars/brush guards just cause more damage (damage multiplier) and look silly. Check the following companies

Go with a more substantial slim bumper. They look better and don't fold back and cause more damage like a bill bar would.

Where are those lights mounted? On the bar or on the bumper somewhere? Would love a place to mount lights without it being on something too substantial, nor behind the plastic grille trim.

They are on the bar. It comes with a full length ledge with a series of holes at the back of the bar. I had to do a slight mod to the bracket to fit the larger round lights.

lowest profile light bar you can get, go ahead and laugh but seen these on import cars and they do work.
