Low Profile Rear Bumper Options?

Ive been looking into rear bumpers for my 2005 but nothing has really caught my eye yet. I don't do any hard core wheeling but I do throw it in 4Low from time to time so I don't need a full rear bumper. Im really looking for something to replace the centre section of my rear bumper and maybe trim the rear quarters a little. Ive attached a picture of a rear bumper that a Japanese fab shop did up, its a pretty close match to what I want. Just wanted to see if anyone has a solution? Thanks!

My brother and I made one for his FJ. Just a couple rectangle tubes welded in place of the stock rear crossmember. Should be easy for a fab shop to replicate. I really don't see the point of a small bumper without a swingout on our trucks though. You will have the same or less departure angle as stock unless you need the receiver tube and move it up out of the way.
