Low rpm stutter

Truck idles fine when you go to take off around 1400-1700 rpm there's a stutter kinda hesitation but after that it's fine. Once in a while at cruising speed there's a skip just a single skip. Have replaced fuel filter already going to get plugs,wires and air filter. Just wanted to have some more opinions on if there was something else it could be or go with this and see if it persists? Supposedly timing belt was replaced around 20k ago and outside belts show little wear if any.

Wanted to add I also plan to get a bottle of sea foam to put in the fuel tank.

Deja vu. I just posted a similar problem and got some great tips. One solution which a couple of people think is the issue was cleaning the MAF sensor. I replaced the TPS sensor AND cleaned the MAF. I was also receiving the TPS error in the DTC read. If you're not getting error codes at all, I think you're on the right track with plugs, wires, etc. Do you have a K&N cold air intake? One member tipped me to the fact that it could be the pre-oiled filter mucking up the MAF - I bought specific cleaner for the MAF and cleaned it...10 min job.
