I have the same issue. It looks like you can order the OEM LBJs here. Part #4862660010

Toyota does not sell OEM ball joints separately in the states, they were telling the truth. Only way to get oem is pony up for OEM LCA'sI have an 04 T4R V8 AWD and was looking at replacing the lower ball joints and the dealer is telling me I can’t do the lowers without doing lower control arms....?!! Are they pulling my leg or does the 04 not come serviceable?

Wow I totally thought he was pulling my leg. They looked pressed in to me so I thought it was replaceable. I guess I’ll start doing my research. Thanks for the info guys!!
Definitely read this, lots of pictures and great write up.They are pressed in and can be replaced, the Toyota LBJs just aren't available a la carte. I find it odd they sell the LCA bushings a la carte, but not the ball joints, since a consumer or shop would be more likely to replace the LBJs.
I have a thread on LCA rebuild that goes over the LBJ replacement if you want to see some pictures. Whiteline Lower Control Arm Bushing Tutorial (120+ Pictures)
