Lower Control Arm Bushings

Good day everyone,

For awhile now I have had a terrible squeak in the front. Now that it is getting cold out the squeak became much louder. See link below for the exact noise

Yesterday I determined it is the lower A arm bushing for sure. I have a friend with a 20 ton press willing to help with a garage full of tools and is a mechanic. I know for the lower control arm each bushing are sold separately with them being specific to the front or back of the arm. While we are in there I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do the uppers as well as the upper ball joint (lower ball joint only 3 yrs old with 40k miles so they are solid).

For the uppers when ordering them from Camelback Toyota are they sold as a pair or individual? They only show one part number.

I've read a lot for this install. Besides using a bottle jack to press the old ones out any other hints? Sounds like I need to loosen the rack as well which shouldn't be hard because I just replaced it.

I'm really hoping since my truck is rust free that I don't have to cut the lower control arms out..

Whiteling and energy both sell polly bushings for lower and upper control arms if you want to go that route. Theres a good write up on here

check your shock bushings as well man. also id recommend getting the energy suspension poly kit instead of going with rubber, its only $45 and it allows the arms to move freely. old rubber bushings squeak as much as ungreased poly.

Already replaced the lower shock mount bushings. I also did new aftermarket sway bar links and poly sway bar bushings. The lower control arm bushings are definitely shot so my thinking is to go the distance while in there.

I go back and forth on aftermarket vs OEM. Im worried about the after markets not working well down the road.
