Lower valance question

I need to replace the black part below my front bumper-apparently its called a lower valance.


Anyways, on Ebay there are two different ones. One with the fender flares and one without. My runner has fender flares so I'm guessing I need that one but I just want to make sure...

Sorry, wasn't trying to be impatient. I just wanted to order it soon because I'm planning on working on it ASAP.

Its a 1999 SR5. I do have the black fender flares so I'm just assuming I need to order the one with the flare.

I guess I just don't get what the flares have to do with this piece. It doesn't connect to the fender flares so thats why I'm confused.

I would guess that the bumper for a truck with flares may be a bit "wider" that without flares.

I would contact the dealer to be sure. :
