Lowering 2007 Limited V8

Hey everybody! Contemplating the idea of lowering my current T4R.

Current setup:
2007 T4R
Galactic Gray Mica
3" spacers front lift
2" spacers rear lift
Stock XREAS suspension
Spidertrax wheel spacers
Monster Wheels 18x9
275/65/18 BFG KO2's

I just removed the tire lettering so that's the current pic from today.

I used the search engine and found a thread from a member named WhiteBeauty. He lowered his V6. I tried messaging him to get more info like part numbers but it looks like he isn't active any longer.
He ended up using Bilstein HDs and an air suspension in the rear. I'd like to hear from anybody that has looked into this and talk options? =)

My goal is to lower the front around 2" and level the rear with it. Remove side steps and go with different tires. Having a hard time with finding the right items.

I realize that this isn't a popular look. However, I think if done right, it has the potential to be pretty good looking and be a little fun with the V8. Any opinions are welcome.

To each their own, I want to say there was another guy on here who actually tracked his 4runner regularly. I can't remember if he dropped it or if he just stiffened the suspension, but definitely something to look into.

Here is what WhiteBeauty's 4th gen turned out like. I like the lines.

Here is another example. Granted, I understand it's a 3rd gen, but I am more looking at the stance rather than the body. Regardless, I think it was well done.

Mine is stock and I have 0 plans on altering the height (if anything, I'd raise it 1-2", but my wife won't be able to get into it).

Anyway

I don't have any input on the shocks or anything, but good luck.

I was originally thinking stock height would be good but I don't know if I would like the stance and the gap in between the tire and fender... if that makes sense.

I like the look of either no gap, or lifted. Sounds silly I know. The reason i'm thinking about doing this is because there are some family members that would appreciate a lower height. Wife and dog to be more specific.

I have emailed Tom at Tundra Racing. Maybe he can help. I'll make sure to post with any updates I get.

Putting the rear back to stock height and leveling the front 1" above stock will look good with those tires I think. Looks really mean with a low stance and aggressive big tires.

This is what mine looked like just leveled in the front with 285/70/17 so 1/2" taller than your set of tires.

Since mine are 18's they are basically the same size as the ones in your picture. The diameter of your tires are 32.7" and mine are 32.6"

I will say that it does look good, honestly, it looks the same as mine does now with the front and rear spacers. Maybe i'm just old and I can't tell a difference lol

I appreciate any opinion, that's why i'm posting. To hear what people think. I'm not sold on the idea but I do like it.
You're right, and I would go as far as to say I think that the 3rd gen T4R looks good lowered a little bit. Not fully sure about 4th.

I heard back from Tundra Racing. So far the front can be done for a very reasonable price. Tom @ Tundra Racing is a lot of help and super knowledgeable. He said he can do the rear to or at least help source the products. Just needs measurments. I think i'm going to get the stock rear shock info as well as the spring info and share it with him. But I need it to sit level so it would obviously need to be lower by that much more.

or cut a coil or 2 off. unless you can read Japanese, try the jaos brand stuff.
if the stock x reas is wore out, youll notice the change, the 4runner starts to float a lot.
