Lowering '94 front suspension

Hi- another nooby question. My new-to-me '94 T4R had the large tires on it & the front end jacked up to accomodate. I put regular size tires on it and when I went to get the front end lowered back down & aligned they tell me the bolts are so rusted that if they break them I'm going to need a whole new torsion bar set up. If others have encountered this what are some other solutions? We've already doused it in oil & will try again tomorrow. Would really like to get this truck setting level. thanks

Are you sure this in not a case of a sagging rear end, commonly called "saggy butt" here?
Mine is very low in the rear due to this.

Yes, several have looked at it and can see that it's been adjusted up to allow for the larger tires. The shop is going to try again tomorrow to see if the bolts will come loose after a good soaking of penetrating oil.

Just go ahead and call Toyota or locate the torsion bar bolts and nuts online. They are prob going to break when trying to. Tried that w/ mine and after a few hours soaking and 5-6 turns they snapped. Installed new bolts and alot of anti-seize on the new ones/

well, we've soaked the bolts several times - no luck. They say if they break the bolts I'll have to get a new torsion bar....not true? They also say they can't put heat on them....true? thanks
