Lowering roof basket.

Hello,
I have a 06, with a Yakima load warrior mounted on the cross rails. It just shoots up to high for me, and I am looking to lower it. Has anyone tried this using any DIY mounts? I did find the Armor Tech low profile moutns for the ROLA basket, has anyone attempted to use these monts with any other baskets other than the ROLA?

I have the Rola with extension, and after seeing the Armor Tech mounts, i had a buddy of mine that works at a machine shop build the same style of mounts with a few modifications that i asked for, for less than 40 bucks... take your rig to a machine shop, or welding shop, and ask for a quote on what you want...
