Lowering springs for '96-02 4Runner

I have a set of 35mm lowering springs for the 1996-2002 4Runner. They were installed and removed and not really used. They are like new except for marks from installation/removal. I bought them from a dealer and never installed them. They are from the Japanese company like TRD (sorry, I don't remember the name). I got the following specs from that web site.

LOWERING SPRING SET
(4WD Model) 1 48130-KJ900
1 Approx. 35mm lower
2 Front K=140.1N/mm(14.3kg/mm)
2 Rear K=33.3N/mm(3.4kgf/mm)

These were almost $700 new, I'd like to have $250 for them.

will these work on a 2WD? i see it is noted "4WD model"

I do not know if they will work on a 2WD 4Runner, I wish that I did know. You will have to investigate that possibility from some other source.
