Lowering the height sensor on rear air suspension?

My rear air suspension works exactly like the manual says it's supposed to .... 3 settings ... always defaults to the middle one when at speed etc. etc.

The only problem is that the vehicle truly sits "level" at the lowest setting - or so it looks at least.

Has anyone experimented with moving the sensor down around 1" to get the vehicle to adjust accordingly?

I think you better with lift the front than moving the sensor down ..

I also have RAS and with my 2.5 DS spacer on the front and stock rear ras the truck is perfectly level....

Now I just move up the sensor to give me approx 1.5 inch lift

I have plenty of clearance for what I do, and my wife is 5' tall so I'd rather go with lowering the tail.

You can adjust the rear up or down an inch or two using the end links near the axle.

From experience, this is a sign of a ride height sensor on its way out. They usually last me on average 5 years.
