Lowest price on 05 sport v6 4x4??

I recently contacted a dealer in Kansas City, KS and received a price for a 05 v6 4x4 sport with a MSRP of 33,741. I finally talked him down to 28,690. Just checking to see what you thought about the final price.
I am also trading in my 2000 Dodge Ram pickup. He is going to give me 10,000 for the truck.
My final price out the door with my truck is 18,690.

I am hoping that this is a good deal.

Is it a V6 or V8? any order options???

It was a white 2005 V6 Sport 4x4 with cloth seats. I didn't have anything else specially ordered to the sport package.
