Lug nut replacements hard to find

Why is it so hard to find a set of 24 lug nuts with or without a wheel lock.. all the packs are 20 that i see online anywhere.. i need slim ones to fit the smaller diamter holes in the wheels i've purchased.. Help!

If you are running aftermarket wheels, these are the lug nuts you want to get:
Chrome or Black Chrome 12mmX1.5 Spline Drive E/T Ultra Style Conical Lug Nuts
They are conical, which lug centric aftermarket wheels use, and the extended thread helps get more threads with most thicker aftermarket wheels.

Thanks! The wheels I bought are hub centric I believe.. they're the right center bore of 106.25 so do I still need these lug centric lugs?
