Where can I get the chrome luggage rack bars that come on ltd and se models?

Those aren't actually chrome, they are just painted silver. It appears to be the same silver as your bumper trim (unless you have a Dorado Gold model).

Your options are to:
- buy them from Toyota ($$$$$)
- trade for someone that wants black ones
- have them painted

i have no idea about the weight..sorry. i don't even know how to remove it. if it's easy to remove and cheap to ship....i'll trade.
