Lumpy morning drive like a flat spot in a tire...

Not cold enough to freeze flat spots in my tires yet. But in the morning, driving down the street at low speeds, it gives me a very similar feeling. It is gone once i make it to the highway and speed up/warm up. Thoughts?

I've got some sizeable maintenance scheduled want to know what else i'm gonna have to add to the shopping list.

that's normal depending on the tire. many of them do it.
