These are exclusive to Battle Born Offroad (we designed them with M.O.R.E.) and are being offered to T4R members first. We have designed these skids to be the best on the market! They offer the most protection of all current offerings and are 100% bolt on! All of our skid plates and accessories are proudly made from USA sourced materials in Colorado. M.O.R.E. has been in business since 1978. All of M.O.R.E.’s parts and products are created using state-of-the-art, 3D CAD solid modeling and laser cutting technology along with quality controlled certified welders who maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship for their parts. M.O.R.E. products have been featured in several magazines such as 4-Wheel & Off Road, FOUR WHEELER, JP, 4-Wheel Drive & Sport Utility, Off-Road, on YouTube and several other sites.
After receiving loads of feedback from T4R members, we have decide to not only offer these in 5250 1/4" Aluminum, but 3/16" Steel as well! These skids are built to handle all of the abuse you can throw at them and are the same material and thickness of the plates we run of offroad racing vehicles. We designed these plates to be wider than other options on the market ensuring that they offer the maximum protection. There is an optional lower control arm skidplate to round out the package.

Our front skid plate is a must have replacement for the weak factory tin-can plates. With a smooth surface, button head hardware and flared edges, these skids will slide over the toughest of obstacles. The M.O.R.E. front 4Runner skid plate features a trap door opening for easy access to the oil filter, and our gusseted frame supports allow you to place a jack on this skid and lift the weight of the vehicle without a worry.
Right behind our front engine skid is an equally tough transmission skid plate that fits seamlessly with the front engine skid. This bolt-on skid plate will protect some of the most vital components of your 4Runner. Our plates offer the most coverage of all options on the market and feature added internal gussets to keep them from bending during hard impacts. These are ready to handle the toughest trails.
To finish out the 3-Piece front skid plate setup, we have designed a rear transfer case skid plate that will protect transfercase, rear cross-member and a portion of the exhaust system that is prone to getting smashed. Instead of a two piece unit with aftermarket cross-member, our skid is wide enough that we use the outer edge for mounting. This offers way more protection and a smoother sliding surface with no exposed cross-member to possibly get hung up!
In the near future we plan to introduce matching gas tank, rear differential and rear shock skids.
During this buy, skid plates and accessories will be available individually or as complete kits. Shipping is a flat rate to the contiguous USA, $99 on a complete aluminum kit and $198 on a complete steel kit. We worked with M.O.R.E. as much as possible to get this cost down for you all initially, and are offering a one time group buy discount for the first production run that will offer T4R members even more savings!
