That's the problem though- people have no clue how to maintain them. And as the number of Mac fanboys grows out there someone may actually give a damn and start writing viruses for them too, cause if your a **** enough to send out a virus would you send it to 10 (PC's) people or 1 (Mac)?. The vast majority of Mac owners won't know how to properly maintain their Macs and you'll see the same problems as people with PC's. It's a simple numbers game. Once it evens out it won't matter and all the fanboy talk on either side will still mean nothing.

PC's just aren't as stable. Case in point: bought my GF a new Dell Laptop for Christmas last year that she uses more like a netbook than anything. Online shopping, facebook, and occassionally autocad. The thing had Vista and would not stop crashing (even with McAffee). I had Dell switch it out for a whole new PC with XP after 6 Months.
