I have officially begun scrounging for parts for my 85 t4r today, I traveled 3hrs each wayto Texarcana, here is what it yeilded, a complete tail gate with the glass and hardware $38 , nice homade rear bumper $38, rear quarter panel molding $12 each , Left rear tail light $12, Warn winch mount/ brushguard $40 All totaled about $156

I need a fuel door , front seats , and possibly a window motor.
ARE THESE PRICES ABOUT PAR ARE AM I getting ripped! Is there any body that sells arebuilt or new rear window motor

Those sound like excellent prices. For the rear window motor, the first place I would check is the dealership. It'll probably cost and arm and a leg, but if it's still being made, they'll be able to order it (or at least give you the part number). If the price is too high for your taste, just tell them that you don't want to buy it.

The rear tailgate alone without glass would be 150-200.

I'm pretty sure that the tailgate window motor is the same in both 1st & 2nd gen 4runners. I took the whole window regulator assembly out of a 95 for my 88, except for one bolt attachment (easily moved) and a couple of different connectors, they're identical. (No 1st gens in my nearby junkyards)

Also, I believe the power window motors in the doors are the same part as the tailgate motors.

Sounds like you got some great prices there.
