"Magic" 99' coils questions

Is it possible to purchase these coils brand new from toyota? If so what are the part numbers?

Also are there any other companies making springs that achieve the same "lift" as the 99 coils but are better performing?

i think OME makes a 1" lift for 4runners

Are the OME springs Dual rate? I have always wondered but never asked. I would like to get a set of the fabled Performance products springs but those are ridiculously hard to find.:redbrick:
