Magnusen supercharger with s&b intake

Hey guys, I currently have the s&b cold air intake and just ordered the magnusen supercharger for my 2020 runner. Does anyone know if this intake is compatible with the charger? I've seen a few threads showing some intakes that aren't compatible but the trd intake is? Just wondering if Im going to need to swap back to the stock intake

My understanding is that the magnusson places the throttle body in the stock position, so you may just have to re-route pcv
