Magnuson Supercharger Compatible with After Market Cold Air Intake?

I have a 2015 4Runner that I want to put the Magnuson Supercharger into. I previously had a VRP Cold Air Intake installed, so just wondering if the supercharger will work with the aftermarket cold air intake?

The supercharger is designed to work with stock but hopefully a more efficient cold air intake would not be an issue but wanted to ask on here though to see what you guys had to say.

Putting the S/C on the runner will make you wish you did it sooner! I have the aFe Power intake for the supercharger specifically. It even has the extra blank to take out from the front for more whining for the charger. Highly recommend!

The blower changed the location of the throttle body so the intake for the non supercharged engine will not fit or not fit correctly.

It actually leaves the TB in the OEM location so it is possible to use aftermarket intakes but you need to figure out how to reroute the PCV and vacuum line in a different way since the supercharger is in the way.

On my Tacoma it was in the same location but from what I have seen online it looked to be towards the drive side a little more on the Runner unless the guy simply installed his intake incorrectly.

He must have done it wrong lol. I have the TRD intake with my magnuson and it fits perfect just like OEM. But I had to just reroute the PCV line since they feed into that coupler and the SC is in the way.
