Congrats man! I bought my runner for the same reason....only...I had it for a few years before we even had a kid! Gotta plan ahead! Cute kid by the way!
 
First kid..excited coz it was a boy..mommy is ok she was only 33weeks pregnant when her waterbag broke..so baby is still under observation
 
Congrats, my daughter was born at 33 weeks as well. Hopefully your boy can get home soon. I got the t4r for my daughter (now 1) as well.
 
Oh, look at the baby. Congrats. Make sure to keep the rear of the 4runner soft (no OME) so the baby can sleep peacefully.

Neonatologists and all those in the neonatal ward do some truly amazing things.
 
Planning to keep the runner stock...for now..hehe

Just visited him at the nursery and he was crying, but after hearing my voice and touched him..he stopped and fell asleep...cheesy I know but it's so worth saying it...
 
I bought my runner for my girls (wife and 4yr & 2yr old daughters) then when they are done with it hopefully by this time next year it'll be mine....


Kids are great wouldn't change it for anything!
 
Congrats man. glad to hear baby and mama are doing well. we just had twin boys and they came a little early too but are doing just fine! wait till baby gets older...my other kids (4 yr old and 2 yr old) think my Runner is like this monster truck. they love riding in it! all the best mate.
 
We thought we're having twins too on her first trimester, but after 4months we found out only one and a BOY,which is perfect too hehe

might as well get full coverage on your rig now, your gonna need it when he gets older! lol

I bought my 4Runner in 1999 for my babies, too--so I could haul their junk to college and go off-road with them on vacations! (now 28 and 30).

Congrats! I never knew I'd feel this way about fatherhood...weird how it changes you. I've been around babies throughout my life and never had that desire to hold them or even touch them for that matter, lol. Now I'm gonna be just like you and be amazed at everything they do.

While I didn't buy my 4runner for the kids I'm glad I have it now. We're expecting our twins to be born any day now (boy and girl) and I'll be putting LC springs in the rear :biggrin2:

I know we are all dudes and this is a T4R forum...but we just had twin boys. They are 3 mos now. It is awesome man. Sleep while you can though. The first 6-8 weeks are gonna be rough man. Our little dudes are now sleeping through the night though. My wife's sanity is slowly returning. Keep them on the same schedule. Stock up on diapers etc now if you already haven't. All the best to y'all!
 
Sleepless nights r getting closer for us...good luck to all father to be and to us new fathers...can't wait to put him in the t4r and take him home..
