How to extinguish the MAINT light?
Did it once long time ago but forgot the sequence.
Which ODO? main? A trip? B trip?
I'm concerned to accidently reset the main altho I assume it can't be reset!?
Put mileage display in ODO mode.
Turn off vehicle.
Press and hold trip reset button.
Turn me to ACC position
Maint light will blink several times and go out

Yep. Just had to reset mine today. I wish I could just disable it. It doesn't align with my own maintenance schedule.
I think that the Maint light can be set for 3000 mi, 5000mi or 7000 mi. Mine was set at 5000 mi intervals when I bought it and that is where it is now.
My owner's manual only says 5000 miles, and it will come on for 3 seconds and then flash 12 for seconds, after 7500 miles it will stay on until it's reset nothing about other settings.

07 and 09, come on at 5000 and stay on. Wish it worked as you describe.

That's just what my owner's manual says for my 2004, I haven't really paid attention if that's what it really does, I change my oil somewhere between the 5000 mile mark and the 7500 mark and then I reset the light, the light just reminds me to check when I changed it last and I then get to it at some point.
