Maintains light on!

I have a 2003 SR5. Maintains light turn on. It only comes on for a couple of seconds after I turn the engine on. I am hitting 49,000 miles. I just bought the truck and I do not know how often it does that. I read in the manual and it says that I need to replace the oil. If I replace it my self how could I reset the light. Please help

Help yourself by using the "Search" button at the top of the page. There have been several postings about how to reset the light. The reset instructions are in your manual also. Good luck........ please use the search button (you'll be amaze at the information available at your fingertips)!
