Maintenance Day BBQ

Wow. I thought we would have had more than 8 guys total. Anyway, i have some parts left in the garage. Guys tell me what you want/need and i'll look to see if i have it. I have a lot of trim pieces in all colors, weather seals, one leather tan armrest, etc. Cheap prices to get them out!
Yeah, some people wanted to make it but couldn't and I am sure some forgot.

Do you happen to have a cylinder compression checker? If so could you bring it? I have been curious of my compression. Thanks!

ok. so it's thursday and a list needs to be made of who needs work done and what, tools needed so the work gets done and who is for sure attending. do we need to bring a dish?

i am in brandon/tampa area, so who else is around here so we can meet somewhere at a certain time and roll out together?

01Thunder, I'm in South Tampa so we could certainly meet up and roll out together.

Update on parts:

The cooler should arrive today, if so, I'm planning on going to the base (MacDill) tomorrow and using the lift and installing. I'm sure it'd be much easier putting the truck on the lift. If it arrives tomorrow, I'll bring it with the hoses and clamps, with ATF and maybe we can install. Is there anything else I'll need?

The radio is in, but the wiring harness won't be in until the 26th so I'll have to wait on that, but maybe someone could show me how to take apart the dash if they've done it before.

The seat desperately needs to be fixed so I'll bring some bolts, nuts, washers and my cordless drill with some bits and maybe we can figure something out with that.

I'll also bring some cold beer, I can bring my floor jack and jack stands in needed, just let me know.

Yes, Navy....stationed at SOCOM. They're only open Thur/Fri and Saturday and I'm off tomorrow so I wanted to get my cooler installed but it hasn't arrived yet. Either way, I'm going tomorrow to get my tires balanced, I have a little shake at 65mph, not to bad, but want to try see if that takes care of it. I have an alignment done last week.

Not sure on the scanner, I'll ask when I'm there tomorrow.

I know SOCOM is a big place but do you know Rob Rosa?

SRQ-Runner I found the kit...my dad is just too short/blind. It looks like #7 might do the trick.

I have a drill and bits, so we should be good with that. Attached below is what I did for my seat.

So the trans cooler won't be here until tomorrow by 8pm so I'll bring everything with me and if we have time to knock it out - great, if not, I'll get it some other time.

Guys, I just thought about it. If you have a camping chair, you might want to bring it as I don't have many outside seating options. :)

I have a compression tester I'll bring.

Did you want the running boards I have?

I keep a chair in my truck for that reason.

Is that leather tan arm rest from a limited model? If so what's a cheap price on it?

Scratch me off the list for any projects, my dad wants to take a look at my brakes. However, I have a can of plastidip, I wanted to spray my grille and rear hatch cover. I'll try to help with whatever I can, can't bend as much as I hurt my back - damn I'm old. I'm bringing chips and a few 2 liters.
