I bought my '97 T4R from a friend about 2 years ago.
I was lucky enough to get complete service records and it had all the major services done to it when required, including the 90K which included tranny fluid and all gearboxes, transfer case.
The previous owner never towed or used it off-road at all. In the last two years I've used it for some outdoor activities, to tow a light trailer (about 1000lbs) about 200 miles a year and it's driven off road less than 100 miles a year. It drives a total of about 2000mi. year.
I'm coming up on the 120K service and the maintenance schedule says to change the tranny & gearbox fluids if the truck is used under "special circumstances. Is this something I should consider or am I OK with such light usage?
