It's a bit over priced but to me worth it.
Ok this maybe a bit off topic but I had my 2001 Tundra for close to 10 years and took it in for most of the dealer service. All the way up to 166K miles. traded it in for my new 4runner and I got $5800 for it! anyway.
I think dealer service is a bit over priced but I would rather take it to the dealer then to a non toyota shop. unless you want to do the work yourself.
My local dealer does good work. When i got my timing belt replaced in the Tundra they ended up pulling the wires out of my A/C compressor. I didn't find this out until several months later when the weather got hot and I went to use my A/C. I took my truck back to them and told them I think they pulled it out during the timing belt change and they agreed and fix it.
Good customer service goes a long way. In that 10 years I went to several different toyota shops and everyone did a good job with good customer service.
