Man another new law in TX

Man I must of been not listening. I am reading on this new law that went into effect a month ago. Glad I have not ordered one yet.

That law has been in place in CT for a long time now... The tinted license plate covers are more heavily enforced then auto dealer type wrap around advertisements.
