At least plexi is cheap and you can play around with different designs pretty easily, but yeah i suppose i could have dropped that tid-bit a little earlier lol
 
If you have an air compressor, an air saw makes quick work of it, and is easy to use.
Also, ABS - plastic is inexpensive and readily available (either locally or online). Stronger and more durable than plexi. Somewhere, I picked up that tidbit from [MENTION=52371]Gerdo[/MENTION]

Josh, I was just about to finally (after 6+ months) install your WMW roof rack atop my '96 4Runner SR5, but unfortunately now I discovered three (3) of the mounting tabs/feet are bent, and some of the welds have actually cracked and broken... :(
