manik brush guard install ?

anyone done an install on a 200 ltd . i have all the hardware. i bought it on craigslist so all i have is the directions from manik's web site. i have a question there is saposed to be suport brackes but i donot see the holes for them do i just install the 4 bolts at the bottum ? will that work ? :awais:

i got it all installed now jsut hneed to adjust it so my hood will open but look sawsome for 150 used

Wow, consider yourselves lucky. I bought a Manik guard off CL in Pfluggerville, Texas and the guy "claimed" it was off a 99 Runner. Lo and Behold, it does not fit, and the mounting hardware isn't correct either. A waste of $80 for me...

4Runner93, I think you will be the lucky one if you ever get into a light front end collision. The $150 bucks it cost for the grill guard will probably be more like $500-$600 by the time you finish replacing the headlights, the grill, and repair your quarter panels and hood from that little "love tap" at the mall.
